I'm a Malaysian Researcher willing to get governmental info about Palawan as well as contact person. I found it is a bit difficult to get these kinds of info, especially the contact person or the officials' email address. Hope it can be further improved.

But I do agree with you there are no contact nos. in some of those sites like the City of Puerto Princesa. I'll try to provide a directory for these government sites and offices by opening a new page soonest.
