January 10 - Hands-on activity (The Computer and Its Function) with the 2nd batch of students who were unable to attend the December 6 activity.
January 31 - Modelling software lecture/demonstration
NOTE:
- Please note minor revisions in topic outline. The information provide in the links and materials contained herein are just 'leads' for the student to do more intensive study. The student is therefore advised to read relevant materials (related to links) under particular topics in the outline.
- Midterm Examination coverage will be from Topics I-VI. This will be given on January 24, 2009 at 5:30-8:30 pm.
- Final Examination coverage will be from Topics VII-XIII. The exam will be on March 22 (Sunday), 2009 at 5:30-8:30 pm.
- Presentation of self-devised information system will be on March 14. 2009 (Saturday) starting at 5:30-8:30pm and on March 18 (Wednesday) at 5:30 to 8:30 pm (for those who cannot make it on March 14). Description of the information system must be submitted after the presentation.
